Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we ship. We may cancel an order (and refund in full) if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or if delivery to the address is not possible.

All prices are in EGP and include applicable taxes. We accept Cash on Delivery, Visa/Mastercard, Vodafone Cash, and Instapay.

You can return unopened bottles within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. See our returns policy.

The Alma name, scents, copy, photography, and branding belong to Alma Parfum. Personal browsing is welcome; commercial use is not.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
